Retail Shop team member

We are seeking for new team members for SPECTUS Nicosia store.

SPECTUS is one of Cyprus leading Wine Merchants, importing and selling high quality wines, noble spirits and premium chocolates.

Duties & Responsibilities

– Create and assist customers as necessary

– Maintain and monitor appropriate level of store inventory

– Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers

– Generate and review sales report

– Develop a schedule of activities and promotion throughout the year strategically designed to attract more customers and bring in more revenue

Candidate requirements:

– Fluency in both Greek and English

– Good Computer knowledge

– Good communication abilities

– Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and selling skills

– Desired previous experience in a leading retail-oriented company

– Proactive, self-motivated personality with strong organisational and management skills

– Professional, responsible and reliable character who can take full ownership and accountability for own and his/her team actions

– Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and create an overall positive attitude of his/her team

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered advantageous
