Job Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant, Casino Marketing, Business Development & Loyalty Marketing provides administrative and clerical support to the Vice President of the department and the departments in general.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs administrative functions to the VP of the department, make discretionary decisions and interface with all appropriate internal departments
- Maintains a comprehensive calendar file for the VP of the department to ensure required reports are properly prepared and submitted on a timely basis
- Keeps track of appointment schedules and arrangement of business meeting
- Attends meetings as directed and take notes
- Produces and distributes meeting minutes
- Collates, screen and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Assists in preparation of supportive documents
- Answers correspondence and compose memoranda and letters
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
- Coordinates with the other departments’ Executive Assistants and works as a team
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Records are kept in a systematic way for easy reference and retrieving
- Constructive relationships are built with team members and customers
- Ensures the department is operating in the most efficient manner

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Minimum five years working experience
- Minimum three years computer experience, with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio
- Minimum three years executive secretarial experience preferred
Education
- High School / University graduate preferred
