Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Consultancy firm with a range of business activities including Import/Export, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their expanding team in Limassol. The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 2+ years’ relevant sales and business development experience, ideally from the FMCG, Trading or related sectors and speak an excellent level of English. Willingness to travel internationally for work assignments is a must.
- Strategically plan and manage trading deals including logistics and transportation.
- Liaise and negotiate with clients and shipping agents.
- Keep track of quality standards, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Meet cost and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent Sales and Business Development skills; ideally with some International experience/exposure.
- 2+ years’ field experience in trading (preferrable background on FMCG goods).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.
- Ability to travel Internationally at short notice.
