CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global organization operating in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced and client-focused Business Development Executive to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of Sales & Business Development experience and speak English to a native level. The position will allow you to demonstrate your ability to drive business growth and to further develop a wide range of essential sales skills. This position will focus on the UK market for the company and the working hours in Cyprus will therefore be from 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of energetic and growing international sales department that consists of Presales, Sales and After Sales operations. The position will allow you to demonstrate your ability to drive business growth and to further develop a wide range of essential sales skills. As a true “hunter”, you will be in charge of establishing contact with potential distributors, dealers, resellers and customers of various industries via phone and scheduling appointments for our international sales teams. As a member of the sales department, you will be working closely with other colleagues to ensure the sustained growth of the business. Training and guidance throughout your work will be provided to you by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven sales skills and passion to promote and sell innovative solutions.
- Ability to work with (potential) customers on the phone and guide them through the process.
- 1+ years of professional experience in Sales & Business Development.
- A native level of spoken and written English.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends.
- Fast-learner, organized and willing to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
