German Speaking Receptionist

For the new tourist season, which starts on April 2022,

and ends in November 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm welcome and communicate with hotel guests.
• Answer phone calls and provide general information about our hotel and services and take reservations.
• Provide support and guidance to our guests with their inquiries and solve any minor problems that may arise.
• Keep all documents at the reception tidy and organized.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in another 4 or 5 star hotel
• Warm personality with a guest-oriented approach
• A good team player who can support all departments
• Fluent in German and English languages. Any other languages will be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of Social Media systems
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• EU Citizen or EU Work permit holder
